Prime Star Group Signs $16M Distribution Agreement

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - 03/16/10) - Prime Star Group, Inc. (OTC.BB:PSGI - News) subsidiary, IntelAPac, is pleased to announce that it has executed a master distribution agreement valued up to $16M annually with Beverage Source 1, LLC, located in North Bergen, NJ, and will cover New York State's Southern 14 County Region which is comprised of: Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Bergen, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester, Richmond (Staten Island), New York (Manhattan), Kings (Brooklyn), Queens, Bronx, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties. Prime Star Group's Wild Intela-Pac Signs $2.5M Agreement

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - 03/15/10) - Prime Star Group, Inc. (OTC.BB:PSGI) wholly owned subsidiary, Intela-Pac, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement for its proprietary packaging machinery and related equipment. This agreement will provide the Intela-Pac business unit with recurring annual revenue of approximately $2.5M.

David Maldonado, President of Isla Nena Direct Distributors and Manufacturing stated, "I am proud to announce this relationship. We have long sought the opportunity to locally manufacture and package water and beverages for the Latin American market. Our new operation provides the ability to expand our operation as well as create new industry in Vieques which at the present time has little industry.
